At AirControl Systems we take Fraud very seriously.

As a result of recent fraudulent attempts to purchase portable air conditioners using cloned or stolen cards we would warn anyone attempting to use such a practice that we may carry out the following checks.

• On receipt of orders we may telephone and ask to speak to the card owner.
• We will check names/addresses using the latest electoral register.
• Where possible we will carry out a name, address and telephone number check.
• Where a mobile telephone number has been provided as the only contact number we will contact you and request a normal land-line contact for further verification. Customers are advised to provide land-line numbers where possible when ordering.

Though our ordering system is Safe, Secure and Automated through the SagePay system we personally check all orders prior to dispatching goods. Any attempt to defraud will be taken very seriously to protect our perfectly honest customers and AirControl Systems.

The Koolbreeze range is available on a 2/3 day delivery though a next day delivery is available at an additional cost as indicated on the product page. On receipt of your order we will email you a receipted invoice indicating the expected delivery date.
